1.更改源文件，将所有的 https 改成 http：
sudo vim /etc/apt/sources.list
2.sudo apt-get update
3.sudo apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates
4.最后按照步骤一将 http 改回 https
5.再次更新源 sudo apt-get update
6.至此可以正常安装软件了
sudo apt-get install XX
